Kir Royal

Ein leicht zuberiteter klassischer Edel-Aperitif, der Raum für Variationen, wie z.B. mit Likör, Weißwein oder Aperol, lässt.

  1. Die Crème de Cassis in das Sektglas gießen.
  2. Das Ganze mit eiskaltem Champagner vorsichtig aufgießen. Den Drink sofort servieren.
