Dunkle Mehlmischung

Teff, die auch unter dem Namen Zwerghirse bekannt ist , wird in Äthiopien angebaut. Die Samen sind glutenfrei und reich an essentiellen Fettsäuren.

Portionsgröße: Für 510 g

  1. Alle Zutaten in einer großen Schüssel gut miteinander vermengen und zum Aufbewahren in eine dicht schließende Plastik- oder Metalldose geben.
