Cosmopolitan à la Sex and the City

Auf uns! Fast noch ein Jungspund unter den Cocktails! Erst in den 1980er-Jahren wurde der Cosmopolitan in New York kreiert und spätestens seit Sex and the City berühmt.

Portionsgröße: Für 1 Cocktailschale (20 cl)

  1. Zitronenwodka, Triple Sec, Limettensaft und Cranberrynektar in den Shaker geben und diesen mit Eiswürfeln auffüllen. Den Shaker fest verschließen und ca. 15 Sek. kräftig schütteln.
  2. Den Inhalt des Shakers anschließend doppelt durch Barsieb und Teesieb in die vorgekühlte Cocktailschale gießen.
  3. Die Orangenzeste über dem Glas leicht knicken, damit sie ihre ätherischen Öle auf dem Cocktail verströmt. Die Zeste dann mit ins Glas geben und den Cocktail sofort servieren.
