Diese Spezialität aus der Steiermark schmeckt fabelhaft! Wir lieben dieses einfache Fettgebäck mit Sauerrahm.

  1. Die Teigstücke in heißes, ca. 180 °C, Fett geben und schwimmend goldbraun ausbacken. Mit einem Sieb aus dem Fett nehmen, auf Küchentuch abtropfen lassen. Abschließend in Zimt und Zucker wälzen.
