2 sausages
2 rashers of bacon
1 egg
1 tomato, halved
1 mushroom, sliced
1 slice of black pudding (optional)
1 tbsp baked beans
1 slice of toast
Butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1.Fry the sausages in a pan over medium heat until cooked through.
2.Add the bacon to the pan and cook until crispy.
3.Remove the sausages and bacon from the pan and set aside.
4.Fry the tomato halves and mushroom slices in the remaining fat until softened.
5.If using black pudding, fry it alongside the tomatoes and mushrooms.
6.In a separate pan, cook the egg to your liking (scrambled, fried, poached).
7.Toast the bread and spread with butter.
8.Serve everything together on a warm plate, with a spoonful of baked beans.
9.Season with salt and pepper to taste.
